 About Me

As long as I can remember I have always been very aware of the changes in light during the course of a day. From the warmth of the first light to the ‘magic’ light of early evening, through into the reds of sunset and blues of twilight. I am often to be found out with my camera when others are still asleep or relaxing at the end of the day.

My interest in photography began when I was given my first camera for my ninth birthday. Like most kids, I photographed what was around me - landscapes, nature and of course numerous images of family, friends and the menagerie of family pets.

My passion for photography really started in the early nineties with the purchase of my first SLR. Nearly twenty years on, several photographic courses and a number of trips overseas later, I now have a photograph library of about 10,000 images.

About

In 2003, I was encouraged to start using my photograph library and create collections of products,using the images, so that others could enjoy them as well. This resulted in the creation of my first card collections and artworks under the name AnnieC. Since then, my photography inspired products have doubled and are here for viewing and purchasing in the catalogue on this website.

About

As well as my landscapes, nature and travel inspired photography, I also have a love of photographing other people (and the occasional pet). Over the last ten years I have had the privilege of photographing and recording many precious memories for others such as family portraits, maternity, children, engagements and weddings.
